**Walk-on Head Boat Reservation Policy:

Reservations of 3 or more people require a credit card when reservation is made.

Policy: 72 Hour Cancellation prior to your leave time

If you do not cancel at least 72 hours prior, your credit card will be charged**

Private Charter Policy

**Making a reservation to book the entire boat for a private charter requires us to secure payment via credit card over the phone. By doing this, you verbally agree that you will show for your trip. We require a 72 hour notice if you need to cancel your trip. If your trip is not canceled and you do not show for your agreed upon trip, your credit card WILL BE CHARGED**
